Nyckelharpa Four a Day - Daily Training Exercises.

The Nyckelharpa Four a Day Training series is for complete beginners or players wishing to deconstruct their playing to rebuild it. To get the best out of the series the player should complete one page each day, spending10 – 15 minutes playing the notes as beautifully as possibly and thinking about technique, quality and accuracy of each note played. They’re not tunes, they’re not pretty but they will make you a better player. Hopefully they’re not too dull. :D
